Today we’re celebrating one of our very own – Jess N has officially achieved her Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5 qualification! Jess, we couldn’t be prouder of you.
This qualification represents so much more than a certificate. It represents the time, dedication, hard work and determination you’ve put into developing yourself as an Early Years professional, whilst continuing to give so much to the children, families and team around you.
We’ve loved watching you grow in confidence, knowledge and leadership throughout your journey, and we know this achievement has taken commitment and perseverance.
